Roxanne Daoust, Business Development Officer, ext. 224
- Provides advice and assistance to business and entrepreneurs.
- Works with business related community groups.
- Coordinates office administration, finances and reporting.
Suzanne Viel, Youth Initiatives Coordinator, ext. 230
- Promotes entrepreneurship as a viable career option for youth.
- Coordinates youth entrepreneurship programs including Create a logo, Market Your Thoughts, Youth Enterprise Camp, FedNor Business Plan Challenge, Generation E and Youth Ink.
- Collaborates with other regional coordinators to offer programming across the Northeast.

- Oversees official languages activities.
- Consults with the francophone community in conjunction with the City's strategic planning process.
- Designs and assists with various community based projects.
